Job summary

QL Eco Farm Sdn Bhd is seeking a field-based agronomy and sales professional to conduct soil and crop assessments, provide fertilizer recommendations, and support product development in the Pahang region. You will travel to client farms, deliver technical guidance, and help grow an ecosystem of farmers and agribusiness partners.

The role includes site visits, demonstration plots, and presentations, with a focus on building strong client relationships, market intelligence, and product

Qualifications

• Bachelor or diploma in Agriculture Science is required.
• At least 2 years of related field experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel and own transport required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct soil and crop assessments at client farms and provide fertilizer recommendations.
• Assist with product formulation and improvements based on field results and feedback.
• Prepare technical usage guidelines and SOPs tailored to different crops.
• Monitor fertilizer application and prepare performance reports for clients.
• Support R&D with data from field trials and customer sites.
• Promote and sell organic fertilizer products to farmers and agribusinesses.
• Identify markets and build a pipeline of new clients.
• Conduct site visits, set up demo plots, and deliver technical presentations.
• Develop strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide market intelligence and assist in product positioning and promotions.
• Maintain sales records, customer interactions, and monthly performance reports.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions for clients and agencies.
• Collect feedback for continuous product and service improvement.
• Conduct customer training, workshops, or technical briefings on product application.
• Represent the company at agribultural expos and stakeholder engagements.
• Work with government bodies, NGOs, and networks.

3) Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain sales records, customer interactions, and monthly performance reports.


• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions for clients and government agencies.


• Collect feedback for continuous product and service improvement.

4) Training & Representation

• Conduct customer training, workshops, or technical briefings on product application.


• Represent the company at agricultural expos, trade shows, and stakeholder engagements.


• Work closely with government bodies (e.g. Department of Agriculture), NGOs, and agribusiness networks.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor in Agriculture Science

At least 2years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Must possess own transportation and willing to travel.

Possess good interpersonal and communication, analyticaland negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, independent, aggressive and result orientated.

Applicant must be willing to work at Pahang area (Bentong, Raub, K. Lipis, Temerloh, Jengka)
