HOSPITAL WANITA METRO SDN BHD is seeking an empathetic Fertility Clinic Coordinator / Executive to support patient journeys through IVF processes in Klang. You will coordinate treatment timelines, manage clinical appointments, and liaise between patients and the medical team.

Ideal candidates have a diploma or degree in life sciences or healthcare management, with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fresh graduates are welcome as comprehensive training is provided to ensure exceptional patient

• Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare Management, or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior experience in clinical administration, customer care, or hospital environments is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged as training will be provided.
• Languages: Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or other dialects a strong advantage.

We are seeking an empathetic, highly organized, and proactive Fertility Clinic Coordinator / Executive to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be the heart of our patient experience—acting as the primary bridge between aspiring parents and our clinical medical team. From managing treatment timelines to providing crucial emotional support, you will guide couples through every step of their IVF and fertility journeys.

What You Will Do

Patient Journey Management: Coordinate and map out patient treatment cycles, timelines, and clinical appointments seamlessly.

Clinical Liaison: Act as the key point of contact between patients, fertility consultants, and embryologists.

Administrative Excellence: Update patient electronic medical records (EMR), handle diagnostic documentation, and assist with registration/billing.

Empathetic Support: Deliver high-touch, compassionate customer care to couples navigating complex and stressful medical procedures.

What We Are Looking For

Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare Management, or equivalent.

Experience: Prior experience in clinical administration, customer care, or hospital environments is preferred, but fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply as structured training will be provided.

Languages: Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. The ability to speak Mandarin or other dialects is a strong advantage to support our diverse patient base.
