Sunfert International Fertility Centre is seeking an attentive nurse to support patients through infertility treatment. You will gather histories, review records, and assist physicians in creating and executing individualized treatment plans, including preparation for ART procedures and monitoring cycles.

Responsibilities include medication dispensing, maintaining a safe medication area, and ensuring accurate documentation for all ART procedures while providing patient education and counseling

Formación

• Diploma in Nursing required.
• SRN with Malaysian Nursing Board required.
• 2-3 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and patient-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in infertility treatment workflow and patient care.
• Obtain medical history, review records, and perform examinations.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Prepare for ART procedures and monitor cycles.
• Identify and dispense medications per prescriptions.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of medication areas.
• Document and oversee ART procedures and related records.

• Assisting patients throughout their infertility journey.
• Obtain detailed medical history, review medical records and perform appropriate physical examination.
• Collaborate with physician in developing and implementing treatment plan appropriate to individual patient.
• Preparation for patients preparing to undergo In-Vitro Fertilization and monitor subsequent cycles.
• To identify, prepare and dispense medications and other medical products to patients based on prescriptions from doctors.
• Responsible in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the medication area
• Assisting in all ART Procedures (eg; Oocyte Pick up, Embryo Transfer. IUI, Surgical sperm extraction) and ensure all documentation is completed.
• Assist in weekly stock takes for Medication and Consumables. To inform PIC when stock is low.
• Perform role of liaison for clinical staff and supervising physician to ensure quality medical care and address issues for improvement.
• Provide patient counseling and education throughout their fertility process.
• Assist in teaching and guiding new trainees.
• To ensure high safety and ethical practice standards.
• Maintaining excellent patient care and feedback mechanism.
• Organize, file, and maintain health information in a confidential manner.
• Stay up to date and educated on the latest advances in reproductive technology
• To participate and contribute to the marketing and expansion activities of the centre as the need arise.

What you must have:

• Candidates must possess at least a recognized Diploma in Nursing.
• Must be a state registered nurse (SRN) with the Malaysian Nursing Board.
• Candidates with 2 - 3 years’ experience.
• Self-motivated, patient oriented and proactive.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and possesses a friendly disposition.
