Job summary

H&M Malaysia is seeking a Sales Advisor to welcome customers, guide them through the store, and help them find the right products while embodying our values.

You will share fashion knowledge, work with your team to deliver outstanding service, keep the sales floor tidy, assist with opening and closing, and represent the brand positively in every interaction. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur stores and offers opportunities to grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or similar fields.
• Passionate about fashion and delivering an exceptional in-store experience while promoting our products and driving sales.

Responsibilities
