Job summary

• Manage printing, cutting, sewing, finishing and packing processes
• Ensure production targets and delivery deadlines are met
• Manage manpower and monitor staff performance
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Purchasing, Warehouse and other departments
• Manage raw materials, inventory usage and minimise wastage
• Oversee machinery maintenance and downtime
• Ensure workplace safety and SOP compliance
• Prepare production reports and monitor factory KPIs
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions

Job description

The Factory Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of the factory, including sportswear production, printing, production planning, manpower, quality control, inventory coordination, machinery, workplace safety and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily factory operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflow.

Plan and monitor production of sportswear, jerseys and related products.

Manage printing, cutting, sewing, finishing and packing processes.

Ensure production targets, quality standards and delivery deadlines are achieved.

Manage manpower, including supervisors, team leaders and production staff.

Monitor productivity, attendance, discipline and staff performance.

Coordinate with Sales, Design, Purchasing, Warehouse and other departments.

Manage raw materials, inventory usage and minimise production wastage.

Oversee machinery, equipment maintenance and minimise downtime.

Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness and compliance with company SOPs.

Monitor production costs, productivity and implement process improvements.

Prepare production reports and monitor factory KPIs.

Identify operational issues and take corrective action to improve efficiency, quality and cost control.

Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
