Job summary

FLEXIBLE AUTOMATION SYSTEM SDN BHD is seeking a Sales & Application Engineer (Component Sales) to drive sales of automation components across the Northern Malaysia region. You will demonstrate products, perform spec-ins, negotiate with customers, and manage both existing accounts and new business opportunities.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant sales/applications experience, a degree in Mechatronics or Electrical & Electronic Engineering, and a valid car.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
• 1 to 2 years of sales and application experience in pneumatics, motors & sensors.
• Knowledge in factory automation sales (pneumatics & motors) is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with initiative and drive.
• Possess own car.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales activities of factory automation products including pneumatics, motors, sensors etc
• Conduct product demonstrations, spec-ins and negotiate with customers
• Manage existing accounts and develop new customers
• Able to work independently and also work as a team together with in-house or customer team
• Develop and execute business development and sales strategies for assigned territories
• Willing to travel (Northern Region of Malaysia)
