Job summary

XP Power is seeking a facility technician to ensure buildings and equipment are safe, clean, and functioning properly. You will perform daily checks, carry out routine repairs, and assist with safety rules while coordinating with vendors for maintenance needs.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of a Professional Certificate, SPM/Vocational, or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, plus 1–3 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance or factory utilities.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and general building repairs knowledge.
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on building maintenance or factory utility experience.
