Job summary

TECO Electric & Machinery Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Facility & Service Engineer to maintain factory facilities and equipment, and to provide technical support for customer sites. You will support the Sales Engineer, perform preventive and corrective tasks, and coordinate with external contractors.

The role requires a technical Diploma/Degree, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in facility maintenance or industrial environment.
Hands-on knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
Well-versed in PowerPoint with good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of factory facilities and equipment (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting).
Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve facility or equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks.
Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and spare parts inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety policies, HSE requirements and standards.
Support Sales Executive/Engineer with servicing, troubleshooting, and site visits.
