Attend to repairs and maintenance of factory electrical systems, water plumbing, sewage, and lighting.
Perform daily routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical stations and building equipment.
Carry out repair work in company hostel or condo if support is needed.
Ensure monthly inspection of fire fighting equipment (fire extinguishers, break glass, emergency alarm).
Repaint walls and floors as needed to meet customer requirements and factory improvements.
Collect and analyze daily facility equipment data for continuous improvement.
Work extra hours including weekends/public holidays for shutdown/startup tasks.
Respond to emergencies by phone and provide rapid support.

To attend to repairs and maintenance of Overall factory's electrical issues, water (plumbing), Sewage system, Compressor, Dryer, Goods lift, Receiver Tank, Airconditioning, Lighting and other related to production facilities.
Engage in daily routine inspection and preventive maintenance to ensure all electrical station, facilities and building equipment are in good condition.
Carry out repair jobs that may be required in the company hostel or condominium if need support if needs.
To ensure monthly inspection for fire fighting equipment's as Fire Extinguisher, Break Glass & Emergency Alarm
Repainting wall and floors when needs to ensure meet customer requirements and continues factory improvements.
Required additional initiative work extra hours and support on weekend when needs and major responsibilities on facility equipment shutdown and start up.
Factory maintenance including Repainting wall and Floor epoxy / Plumbing / Lighting / Air conditioning / Fan / Signage / Compressor / Dryer / Chiller / Goods Lift / Receiver Tank / Sewage system and support IETS & DI Water system if needs.
Work extra hours when needs including weekend and public holidays. Specially facility equipment shutdown and start up activities.
Always follow superior or higher level instruction on special task given within the timeline.
Daily Facility equipment data collection and analysis for continues improvements.
Any Emergency situation, able to reach by phone call and support as soon as possible.
