Job summary

Linktel Technologies SDN.BHD. in Penang, Batu Kawan, seeks a Facility Engineering Manager to oversee maintenance, inspection and repair of critical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS and fire protection) and to drive preventive maintenance programs.

You will lead a small team, manage facility improvement projects on time and on budget, ensure compliance with safety standards and codes, and explore energy-saving solutions to reduce downtime and operating costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facility Management or related field (Master’s a plus).
• CFM, PE or HVACR certification is preferred.
• 5+ years of facility engineering/maintenance management experience, with 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Proven experience managing facility systems and leading maintenance projects (manufacturing/industrial/commercial preferred).

Responsibilities
