Job summary

JLL is seeking a dedicated Vendor Management professional to support on-site operations in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will coordinate vendors, manage site access, ensure documentation completeness, and monitor work execution with stakeholders.

As main POC at site, you will liaise with clients and internal teams, adhere to JLL safety processes, and utilize our vendor administration workflows to keep projects moving smoothly.

Vendor Management

Contacts, liaises, plan, communicates with vendors for :

• work planning and preparation,
• ensuring completeness of necessary documentation
• site access, arrangements,
• coordination with related parties (other vendors, user/client, other stakeholders)
• work execution monitoring and supervision,
• verify and acceptance of work done
• compliance to post execution requirements

Client communication

• Main POC at site

JLL Process

• Comply with JLL safe work processes
• Utilise Corrigo
• Manage site team
• Manage vendor admin
