Job summary

A leading data center company in Johor Bahru is seeking a Building Services Manager to oversee physical security operations and lead building activities. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in facilities management, a strong customer service ethos, and the ability to manage budgets effectively. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities/property/building operations or front of house services.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must.
• Experience managing 3rd party service providers and setting KPIs.
• Opex and/or Capex budget management experience.
• Strong customer-centric approach and ability to mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage physical security operations on site and outsourced security personnel.
• Lead building operations and soft services such as cleaning and maintenance.
• Handle emergency situations ensuring execution of emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness and good operations.
• Establish and maintain agreements for services and monitor critical metrics.
