JLL seeks an Assistant Facilities Manager to lead site operations in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia. You will coordinate facilities services, manage external vendors, and ensure SLA targets are met while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will develop cost-saving initiatives, monitor budgets, and work with stakeholders to optimize building performance and service delivery. On-site, you’ll support 24/7 operations and emergency response.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or FM required.
• Minimum 5 years in facilities/property management or related field.
• Strong planning, organizational and communication skills.

• Oversee site facilities operation and ensure SLA compliance.
• Manage in-house and contracted vendors to deliver services.
