Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a skilled facilities professional to manage mechanical and electrical services at a large site in Bukit Mertajam, Malaysia. You will work with the Facilities Manager to drive maintenance strategies, oversee vendor activities, ensure safety, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires a diploma in electrical engineering, 5+ years in FM, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Facilities Management, preferably in manufacturing.
• A4 Chargeman certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Facilities Manager to drive maintenance strategies.
• Oversee M&E services for cost‑effective operations and zero interruptions.
• Coordinate with vendors and site teams on maintenance and projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, EHS and contractual requirements.
• Prepare reports and manage annual Capex and Opex plans.
