Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Facilities Operation Engineer for Bayan Lepas, Penang, to lead shift operations in a high-demand electronic manufacturing environment. You will own domestic, lift, and FLSS systems, guiding technicians and coordinating with Electrical, Mechanical, and I&C engineers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and 3–5 years’ experience in facilities operations, with knowledge of DOSH/BOMBA requirements and on-call support willingness.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, I&C or Facilities Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities or building operations.
• All-rounded fundamental knowledge in electrical, mechanical, I&C, domestic/building, and FLSS.
• Proven experience leading shift technicians or acting as shift/building in-charge.
• Familiar with Malaysian regulatory requirements (DOSH, BOMBA, local authorities).
• Willing to work on emergency/on-call support if needed.

Aufgaben

• Lead shift operations and supervise technicians during daily facilities operations.
• Act as the building owner during assigned shifts and provide technical guidance across systems.
• Own and oversee domestic, lift, and FLSS systems to ensure proper maintenance and operation.
• Serve as the primary building-in-charge for shift operations with safe, compliant performance.
• Lead first-level troubleshooting and guide technicians in preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, and I&C engineers and with vendors for system maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with DOSH, BOMBA, and local authorities; support audits and safety drills.
• Prepare shift reports and escalate critical issues with clear technical context.
