Job summary

You will lead a team including EHS Officers, Engineers, and technicians to meet production goals while coordinating multi-disciplinary projects and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have a degree in facilities engineering, at least 3 years in related roles, and strong knowledge of safety engineering and global logistics considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3+ years in facilities/equipment management.
• Experience in SMT electronics manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance programs for equipment, facilities and utilities.
• Optimize use of space, prevent downtime and improve efficiency.
• Plan and implement facility improvements for higher ops performance.
• Manage schedules, quality, cost and safety for projects.
• Oversee EHS programs and incident prevention measures.
• Ensure compliance with government safety and environmental regulations.
