Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in facilities mechanical systems management (HVAC, boilers, chilled water, abatement).
• Experience using Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical system issues with analytical precision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reliability, maintenance, and operation of mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Conduct troubleshooting and systematic evaluations to resolve issues.
