Job summary

Fiscal Therapy Management is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the Data Center operations in Ulu Tiram, Johor. You will oversee 24x7 engineering teams, ensuring reliable, safe infrastructure and adherence to SLAs.

You will manage maintenance, change control, risk management, and regulatory compliance, while coordinating with customers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality critical environment services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in BM and English.
• Minimum 8–10 years of managerial experience overseeing engineering teams.
• Willing to work in Ulu Tiram, Johor.
• Strong technical knowledge of critical systems operations and risk management.
• Familiarity with financial terms, budget development, and computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations, maintenance, and modifications of critical environment systems.
• Manage command center operations, ensuring professionalism and adherence to SLAs.
• Implement change control processes and develop SOPs/EOPs for critical systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory laws, certifications, and safety standards.
• Develop annual maintenance and capital plans, communicate with stakeholders, and submit timely reports to customers.
• Train and qualify vendors for critical environment work.
• Manage site engineering teams, identify training needs, and ensure flawless execution of work activities.
• Operate during emergencies, be on-call 24x7
