CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Facilities Manager cum BO 33KV Chargeman in Penang, Malaysia. You will oversee comprehensive facility operations, high-voltage electrical maintenance, and manage on-site engineering teams to ensure safety, compliance, and reliability for client facilities.

You will lead contract management activities, liaise with client and senior management, and drive continuous improvement across E&M services while adhering to Suruhanjaya Tenaga regulations and CBRE standards.

Qualificações

• Valid BO 33KV Chargeman certification issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities management and high-voltage electrical operations.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of relevant technical experience and education will be considered.
• Proven experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance appraisals.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee high-voltage (33kV) electrical operations, maintenance, switching, and troubleshooting in compliance with regulations.
• Supervise on-site Engineering team and manage contract operations, maintenance, and building performance.
• Provide formal supervision, training, and performance evaluations for staff; coordinate schedules and recruitment.
• Communicate with client and senior management; prepare weekly operations reports and participate in meetings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies; enforce safety procedures and emergency planning.
• Review and interpret contract/service agreements; support financial planning focused on revenue, cost control, and WIP management.
• Drive quality control and process improvements across facilities and services.
• Lead by CBRE RISE values; troubleshoot operational and systemic issues.
