CBRE Group, Inc. in Penang seeks a Facilities Manager cum BO 33KV Chargeman to oversee high-voltage electrical operations, technical maintenance delivery, and regulatory compliance for the client facility.

You will lead the on-site engineering team, ensure safe operation, drive reliability and efficiency, prepare weekly reports, and coordinate with CBRE and client senior management on performance, defects, and preventive actions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities management and high-voltage operations.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching and performance appraisals.
• Strong organizational skills and reporting capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee safe operation, maintenance, switching and troubleshooting of 33kV installations.
• Manage E&M plants/services and overall building performance.
• Provide formal supervision to Engineering staff; schedule and coach.
• Liaise with client and senior management; prepare weekly operations reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safety procedures.
• Review contracts, negotiate obligations, and support financial plans.
