CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager cum BO 33KV Chargeman in Penang to oversee facility operations, high-voltage electrical maintenance, and regulatory compliance. The role involves leading the on-site engineering team and ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability for the client facility.

The position focuses on contract quality delivery, with responsibilities ranging from technical operations to stakeholder reporting and cost-effective management of building performance.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid BO 33KV Chargeman certification issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant facilities management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, and performance appraisals; strong communication and motivation skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as designated BO 33KV Chargeman for safe operation, maintenance, switching, and troubleshooting of 33kV electrical installations.
• Oversee contract management, operations, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical plant/services.
• Provide formal supervision to Engineering team; manage training, performance evaluations, and staffing.
