Shenzhen Fabon Information Technology Co., Ltd. is looking for a diligent Data Centre Operations Engineer to support daily infra operations and participate in serverroom construction and commissioning in Johor, Malaysia.

You will assist in change management, incident handling, and preventive maintenance while monitoring power and cooling capacity. Fresh graduates with MEP understanding are welcome to apply, and English or Malay communication is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering majors.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Relevant internship experience in data centre, factory facility or MEP field is a plus.
• Basic understanding of MEP equipment such as UPS, generators, chillers and cooling systems.
• Good safety awareness and sense of responsibility.
• Able to communicate effectively in English or Malay.

Job Scope

Help monitor power distribution and cooling system capacity, support risk identification and problem tracking.

Participate in facility improvement projects and assist IT Manager with routine operational tasks.

Take part in new serverroom construction and commissioning work.

Assist in coordinating with COLO service providers to monitor key equipment maintenance, support incident response and SLA performance tracking.

Work with internal teams to collect operational data, build performance records and prepare regular operationmaintenance reports.

Job requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering majors.

Fresh graduates are welcome;
