Job summary

Private Advertiser's Facilities Management & Procurement Manager role at Subang Airport, Selangor, oversees end-to-end procurement and facilities operations to support aviation activities.

Qualifications

Facilities Management & Procurement Manager

This opportunity is within the aviation industry and is based in Subang Airport, Selangor.

Procurement Management

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and contract administration.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings, operational efficiency, and business objectives.

• Monitor supplier performance, service quality, and delivery commitments.

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, budgets, and governance requirements.

Facilities Management

• Oversee the maintenance, operation, and continuous improvement of company facilities and infrastructure.

• Manage service providers and contractors for maintenance, security, cleaning, landscaping, and other facility-related services.

• Lead facility enhancement projects, repairs, refurbishments, and workspace planning initiatives.

• Monitor facility performance, budgets, asset utilization, and maintenance programmes.

Operations, Compliance & Safety

• Manage facility-related assets, utilities, security, and access control systems.

• Support business continuity, emergency preparedness, and workplace readiness initiatives.

• Drive operational excellence, sustainability, and continuous improvement across facilities and procurement functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in facilities management, procurement, administration, or related functions.

• Proven experience in vendor management, contractor management, and procurement processes.

• Strong negotiation, budgeting, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

• Good understanding of facilities maintenance, occupational safety, and procurement best practices.

• Experience in the aviation industry or aviation-related facilities environment will be an added advantage.
