Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for equipment and vehicles.
Conduct regular inspections and schedule maintenance activities.
Maintenance Activities:
Lead and manage maintenance teams for mechanical installations and equipment.
Provide technical guidance to ensure efficient task execution.
Scope of Works and Documentation:
Prepare detailed scope of works and bills of quantities (BQ) for maintenance projects.
Collaborate with procurement to ensure accurate documentation.
Spare Parts and Inventory Management:
Manage inventory and procurement of spare parts and mechanical materials.
Maintain availability of required items for in-house maintenance tasks.
Vehicle Maintenance Compliance:
Ensure vehicles meet regulatory standards for inspections (e.g., Puspakom).
Coordinate maintenance to comply with trading license requirements.
Safety and Fire Rescue Management:
Maintain fire vehicles to meet Airport Fire Rescue Service (AFRS) standards.
Manage safety equipment and operational assets for ARFS and AVSEC.
Fuel and Ground Equipment Management:
Monitor and manage fuel levels for generators and vehicles.
Ensure the availability and functionality of ground handling equipment.
Training and Staff Development:
Prepare and deliver training on mechanical systems for maintenance staff.
Coordinate communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
Emergency Response:
Attend and respond to airport and aircraft emergencies when required.
Ad-Hoc and Supportive Duties:
Assist with other maintenance tasks and fulfill additional responsibilities assigned by superiors.
Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field or with diploma holder.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ of experience in mechanical or a related role.
