Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad is seeking a Technical Officer - Engineering (Airport Pavement & C&S) at Subang to lead O&M activities, ensuring serviceability and reliability of facilities. The role focuses on SAP PM execution, maintenance planning, and continuous improvement through data analysis.

The ideal candidate will supervise teams, provide guidance, and oversee contractor performance while aligning with budgets and capital plans to optimize operations at the airport.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and ensure full execution of SAP System (Plant Maintenance Module).
• Provide guidance and direction to subordinates; promote high maintenance culture and productivity.
• Reviews PPM checklists, tasks list & master data; analyses technical reports; identifies trends for improvements.
• Reviews facility/system performance and recommends upgrades or refurbishment work.
• Establishes new contracts; manages contractors to meet contract standards for outsourcing work.
• Executes master maintenance plans/schedules and manages approved budgets.
• Analyses cost implications of operations and recommends budgetary actions.

Technical Officer - Engineering (Airport Pavement & C&S) MASB @ Subang

• Leads O&M team in executing the O&M works according to the specified maintenance standards and requirement so as to ensure the serviceability and reliability of facilities as well as operational efficiency and cost optimization.

ESSENTIAL POSSITION FUNCTION

• Supervises and ensure full execution of SAP System (Plant Maintenance Module)
• Provide guidance; advice and direction to all subordinates and promotes a high standard of maintenance culture; efficiency; productivity; teamwork; quality services and personnel job enrichment
• Revises of PPM checklist; tasks list & master data and analyses technical reports; identifies trends for the facilities and equipment breakdowns and recommends for continuous improvement
• Review the performance of the facilities/system and provide input and recommendations for any upgrading or refurbishment work
• Establishment of new contract and manage and ensure the contractors are delivering the service standard as required in the contract for outsourcing work.
• Execute the master maintenance plans and master maintenance schedules as well as implement the approved capital and operating budget
• Analyses cost implications of the operations; maintenance and repair activities and recommends for budgetary.
