Job summary

PUSAT TUISYEN MINDA OPTIMA SDN. BHD. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Associate to handle repairs across multiple centres. You will inspect and fix minor items, assess plumbing, electrical, and HVAC basics, and coordinate with contractors for specialised work.

You will travel to branches around Lembah Klang, perform physical tasks, and assist with new centre setup and event setups as required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driving licence and be willing to travel across Lembah Klang.
• Comfortable with physical tasks and lifting items.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance/repair is advantageous.
• Hardworking, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
• Flexible to overtime and urgent repairs outside hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle maintenance and repair requests at all centres, including minor tasks.
• Assess plumbing, toilet, air conditioning, and basic electrical issues.
• Coordinate with technicians/contractors for specialist work.
• Monitor centre cleanliness and basic cleaning as needed.
• Transport and arrange operational items; assist with new centre setup.
• Perform regular centre inspections and document before/after photos.

Job description

Handle maintenance and repair requests across all centres, including minor repairs such as lights, doors, locks, shelves, and furniture. Conduct initial assessments of plumbing, toilet, air conditioning, and basic electrical issues. Coordinate with technicians and contractors for specialist work. Monitor centre conditions and cleanliness, perform basic cleaning as needed, and transport, lift, and arrange operational items. Assist with new centre setup and company event setup/teardown. Conduct regular centre inspections and update before and after photos for completed work.

Key responsibilities

• Handle damage reports from all centres
• Perform minor repairs including lights, doors, locks, shelves, furniture and other items
• Conduct initial assessment of plumbing, toilet, air conditioning and basic electrical issues
• Coordinate technician/contractor for specialist work when required
• Monitor centre conditions and cleanliness
• Perform basic cleaning work when required
• Transport, lift and arrange operational items
• Assist with new centre setup
• Assist with company event setup/teardown
• Conduct regular centre inspections and update before and after photos for completed work

About you
