Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Maintenance/Facilities Associate to handle maintenance and repair requests across all centres in the Lembah Klang area. The role requires assessing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues and coordinating with technicians for specialist work.

You will monitor centre conditions, perform basic cleaning, and assist with new centre setups and company events. Candidates must hold a valid driving licence and be willing to travel and work outside normal hours.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence is required.
• Able to travel to branches around Lembah Klang.
• Comfortable performing physical work and lifting items.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance/repair is an advantage.
• Hardworking, trustworthy and able to work independently.
• Fast to act with good problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and willing to work overtime outside hours when required.
• Ready to assist with urgent/unexpected damage at centres outside normal hours.
• Must be prepared to work beyond regular hours when needed.
