Job summary

Qualifications

• Performs non-technical general building maintenance under close supervision.
• Follows applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Assists with loading, unloading, and moving materials for projects.
• Maintains lighting and grounds as part of facility upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
• Performs general labor work including loading, unloading and moving materials; runs errands to support projects.
• Maintains lighting systems, cleans fixtures and replaces bulbs and lamps.
• Maintains grounds of facility including raking, sweeping, leaf blowing or snow removal.
• Patrols grounds, common areas and parking facilities; identifies and reports hazards.
• Performs housekeeping and maintains professional appearances of property, equipment, engineering spaces and common areas.
• Paints and patches drywall; performs minor repairs under supervision.
• Facilitates office access and moves; prepares meetings and conference rooms; may set up AV equipment.
• Responds quickly to emergencies and summons additional assistance as needed.
