CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Handyman in Penang to support the maintenance team in delivering reliable facility operations. The role covers preventive and corrective tasks, working under moderate supervision to uphold safety, cleanliness, and efficiency across building systems.

You will assist with routine maintenance, inventory monitoring, and minimal custodial duties, while collaborating with senior technicians and adhering to company guidelines.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required with 2–3 years of related maintenance experience.
• Intermediate problem-solving skills to evaluate and select solutions independently.
• Ability to clearly explain complex information to teammates.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Assist in routine and preventive maintenance across building systems and equipment.
• Apply procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
• Support inventory monitoring and restock maintenance supplies as needed.
• Evaluate maintenance situations and select standard solutions without supervisor approval.
