Eco World Wellness (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to receive and coordinate maintenance requests, plan preventive and corrective tasks, and liaise with technicians and service providers to ensure timely, quality repairs. The role includes documenting services, following up on issues, and maintaining accurate maintenance records.

The candidate will monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety and company standards, and communicate updates to customers and departments.

Responsabilités

• Receive, record, and coordinate maintenance requests from customers.
• Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Liaise with technicians, contractors, suppliers, and service providers to arrange repair and maintenance works.
• Monitor the progress and completion of maintenance jobs to ensure they meet required standards and timelines.
• Follow up on outstanding maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare work orders, service requests, quotations, purchase requests, and maintenance documentation where required.
• Verify completed maintenance works and service reports before closing work orders.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment servicing, warranties, contracts, and service history.
• Assist in monitoring preventive maintenance schedules for building facilities, equipment, and systems.
• Coordinate emergency repair and maintenance requirements when necessary.
• Communicate with customers or relevant departments regarding maintenance schedules, service updates, and completion status.
• Monitor contractors' performance and ensure work is carried out according to agreed specifications and service standards.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare periodic reports on maintenance activities, outstanding issues, service costs, and contractor performance.
• Perform other duties related to maintenance and facilities operations as assigned by management.
