Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Design Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of related working experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspection, maintenance and upkeep of the factory's water supply, power supply and HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults of M&E equipment in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance on facilities and record maintenance details accurately.
• Comply with factory safety regulations strictly during operation to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in the optimization of equipment operation schemes and put forward reasonable suggestions for energy conservation and consumption reduction.
• Respond to emergency repair tasks at any time, including shift and off-duty periods, and ensure the stable operation of factory facilities.
