Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee mechanical and electrical building services, ensure maintenance schedules, and keep the asset in top condition. You will handle owner/tenant inquiries, coordinate with vendors, approve renovation applications, and compile monthly management reports for JMB/MC meetings.

A degree and at least five years of similar experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years similar experience.
• Experience in JMB/MC or property management is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all mechanical & electrical building services and equipment in good working condition.
• Attend to owner/tenant enquiries and assign tasks to rectify complaints.
• Check and approve renovation applications and refunds according to guidelines.
• Monitor outsource service providers and evaluate performance.
• Prepare Monthly Management Reports for JMB/MC meetings and ensure licenses/service agreements are renewed on time.
• Liaise with Legal and Accountant departments for invoices, insurance, budgets and claims.
