Job summary

Executive Compass is seeking a Quality Laboratory Analyst to conduct and coordinate laboratory testing, perform failure analysis, and support qualification of lab equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will improve testing methods, monitor consumables, and ensure accurate reporting while maintaining documentation and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in lab testing or reliability analysis, with strong analytical skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in laboratory testing, failure analysis, or semiconductor/PCB manufacturing.
• Experience in analytical and reliability testing is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SPC, MSA, DOE, and statistical tools.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities
