Job summary

Gapmata Sajian Sdn Bhd in Sabah is hiring a Food and Beverage Supervisor for Kem Paradise Kota Belud. You will oversee service operations, ensure quality and cleanliness, train staff, and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities include supervising food service tasks, coordinating with management, and guiding staff across dining and kitchen areas. The role requires leadership, reliability, and the ability to deploy to other outlets as needed.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen with valid IC.
• Good health with no history of chronic illness.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle.
• 1–2 years of experience in food & beverage, with last position as team leader/captain/assistant manager, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all food service tasks to ensure smooth operation.
• Maintain discipline and provide guidance to food service staff.
• Ensure quality standards, service levels, and cleanliness are achieved and maintained.
• Train food service staff to uphold service standards.
• Cooperate with management in handling staff.
• Oversee kitchen and dining areas to ensure proper food preparation and quantity.
• Carry out other duties as directed by the outlet manager.
