Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable F&B supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations aboard the ship, directing the assigned section under the Food & Beverage Department.

You will ensure service standards across coffee houses, dining rooms, buffets and outlets, and uphold company policies, sanitation, and cost controls while setting a professional example for the team.

Responsibilities

• In-charge and responsible for the day to day operation of the assigned section under Food & Beverage Department, aboard the ship according to companys instructions as directed by the Food & Beverage Manager.
• Responsible for the standards of service delivered to the customers in the coffee house, dinning rooms, buffets and all other food & beverage outlets by F&B employees.
• Ensure the quality of services in accordance with the company standard.
• Responsible for the overall implements, consumption of all F&B polices and procedures pertaining to employees, work manuals, sanitation requirements, consumption, costs, qualities, menus, special parties and others.
• Sets an example for the entire F&B department by always displaying impeccable behavior.
• Maintain a smooth interaction with other departments and well received among the employees.
• Assist those employees in the F&B department who are need, ensure that all members in your department receive a complete familiarization and training for their positions when signing on.
• Creating a high level of moral within the F&B department, developing a good working relation with all others onboard departments, through cooperating and communication.
