Le Méridien in Malaysia is seeking a Full-Time, non-management colleague to support Food & Beverage and Culinary operations. You will ensure staff work together to deliver exceptional service, monitor grooming and readiness, and complete opening/closing duties with attention to safety and quality.

You will assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees, acting as a role model and maintaining adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Ensure staff work as a team to deliver optimum service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify deficiencies.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees; serve as a role model.
