You will operate the ice cream machine, prepare drinks, greet customers, take orders, and maintain cleanliness. Prior cashier or F&B experience is a plus, and you should be eager to learn and collaborate with the team.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and handle the soft-serve ice cream machine
• Prepare and serve ice cream according to company standards
• Ensure the machine and surrounding area are clean and hygienic
• Perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance of the machine
• Monitor ice cream stock, flavours, and ingredients, and inform the supervisor when supplies are running low
• Handle cashier duties and operate the POS system
• Process customer orders and payments accurately
• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and drink preparation standards
• Greet customers and assist them with placing orders
• Serve food and drinks to the correct tables

This is a multi-tasking position where the staff member is expected to handle ice cream preparation, cashier duties, beverage preparation, food serving, and table cleaning according to daily operational needs.

Key responsibilities

Operate and handle the soft-serve ice cream machine
