Job summary

LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort is seeking a guest-focused F&B team member to deliver friendly and efficient service in our outlets. You will handle guest requests, upsell in-house products, and maintain high safety and hygiene standards across all food and beverage offerings.

The role requires teamwork, the ability to multitask, and a positive attitude, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends to support park operations. Prior F&B experience is preferred but training is provided.

Qualifications

Minimum one year experience in a Food & Beverage outlet or completion of trade apprenticeship/internship.
Proof of completion in a basic food hygiene course.
Experience multitasking and working in a high-standard environment.
Proven ability to work with a team and to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, efficient service to guests and maintain a positive attitude.
Be knowledgeable about all F&B offerings and confidently discuss other areas with guests.
Serve and clear items, reset tables, and upsell in-house products.
Maintain proper taste, temperature, and presentation of all food items.
Work with team members to ensure a positive guest experience.

Job description

Carry out all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to established rule s and policies. To provide a friendly and efficient service to all the guest by presenting a positive and professional attitude at all times. Processing their requests and orders to ensure all items are prepared properly on a timely basis. To also have a thorough working knowledge of the LEGOLAND safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards.

Scope and Responsibilities:

Must understand and meet all guest expectations and have the ability to communicate.
Must maintain high service standards with children as a primary focus.
Needs to serve all guests in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.
Needs to work with other team members to provide a positive guest experience.
Be well versed with all Food & Beverage Offerings in the outlet and be also confidently discuss other F&B areas with guests
Serve and clear Food & Beverage Offerings in an unobtrusive and professional manner.
Clears trays, plates, cutleries and cups and reset table in a professional manner.
To up sell the In House product by suggesting it to the guest
Must have working knowledge of product specifications on the cooks’ line.
Be aware of the value of high quality, fresh food products.
Ability to effectively display and prepare a high quality product for the guest.
Maintain proper taste, temperature, and appearance of all food items.

Background and Experience:

Graduates of high school or other equivalent levels of education.
Minimum one (1) year experience in Food & Beverage outlet or completion of trade apprenticeship/internship.
Proof of completion in a basic food hygiene course.
Experience multi-tasking and working in an environment with rigorous standards.
Proven ability to work with a team and to follow instruction.

Additional Information:

Fully vaccinated.
Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings & weekends to support park operations.
