CHAGEE (M) SDN. BHD. (Retail) is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Lucerne Residences outlet in Penang. You will oversee beverage preparation, service quality and daily operations, ensuring guests receive outstanding experiences.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, stock control, and achieving sales targets while maintaining cost discipline. The ideal candidate has F&B outlet experience, teamwork mindset and strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• SPM certification required.
• Experience in F&B outlet operations.
• Able to work in a team to meet targets.
• Self-disciplined and self-driven to update skills.
• Have own transport and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and brew beverages following in-house recipes.
• Forecast sales targets and implement actions to meet them.
• Plan staff roster and ensure adequate coverage.
• Source, hire and train outlet staff.
• Monitor inventory and prevent cash losses.
• Ensure outlet profitability targets are met.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and equipment.
