Magma Hospitality Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a FOOD - BEVERAGE MANAGER for IMP IANA HOTEL SENAI in Johor Bahru. The role oversees daily F&B operations across outlets, ensuring service excellence, hygiene, and halal compliance. You will lead the team, manage budgets, coordinate with chefs and sales, and drive guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidate has 5–8 years in hotel F&B with strong leadership, cost control, and event management experience. Bachelor’s or Diploma in Hospitality is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years in F&B ops within hotels.
• 3+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily F&B operations across outlets and services.
• Ensure smooth restaurant, lounge, room service, and banquet operations.
• Monitor service standards, guest experiences, and HACCP/compliance.
• Lead cost controls, budgeting, and inventory management across F&B.
• Develop menus, promotions, and events to grow revenue.
• Schedule and develop the F&B service team; training and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Chef, Sales/Marketing, and Purchasing for smooth operations.
• Ensure halal integrity, hygiene, and safety standards across all outlets.
