Job summary

Holiday Inn Johor Bahru City Centre is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the hotel's restaurants, bars, and catering operations. Based in Johor Bahru, you will report to the General Manager and lead the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability.

You will develop strategies, manage budgets, ensure health and safety compliance, and collaborate with hotel leadership to align F&B offerings with business goals.

About the role
As the Food & Beverage Manager at Holiday Inn Johor Bahru City Centre, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the hotel's food and beverage facilities. Directly reported to the General Manager, this is a full-time position based in Johor Bahru, Johor. You will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and maximising profitability for the food and beverage department.

Manage all day‑day operations of the hotel's restaurants, bars, and catering services

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth

Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of the food and beverage team

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Collaborate with the hotel management team to align food and beverage offerings with the overall business objectives
