Job summary

Holiday Inn Johor Bahru City Centre is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the hotel's dining and event operations in Johor Bahru. You will report to the General Manager and be responsible for maximizing guest satisfaction and profitability of the F&B department.

You will manage day-to-day restaurant, bar, and catering operations, recruit and train staff, ensure health and safety compliance, monitor budgets and inventories, and align offerings with the hotel's business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar food and beverage management role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in cost control and budgeting.
• Knowledge of F&B trends, menu development, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day operations of the hotel's restaurants, bars, and catering services.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of the food and beverage team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor and control budgets, inventories, and operating costs.
• Collaborate with the hotel management team to align F&B offerings with business objectives.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to promote the hotel's F&B services.
