Job summary

Signature Market is seeking an F&B Operations Coordinator in Klang Valley to forecast stock levels based on sales trends and operational needs across multiple outlets.

You will manage procurement from Central Kitchen and suppliers, issue POs with documentation, monitor stock accuracy, and prepare reports to support cost control and management decisions. Travel to outlets within Klang Valley is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.

F&B Operations Coordinator | Klang Valley

Plan stock forecasting based on sales trends and operational needs to ensure optimal inventory levels across F&B outlets.

Manage procurement activities, including stock ordering from Central Kitchen and suppliers, and issuance of Purchase Orders (PO) with proper documentation (PO, DO, Invoice).

Monitor and control inventory across F&B outlets, including stock tracking, reconciliation, and variance checks.

Prepare and analyse inventory, purchasing, and operational reports to support cost control and management decisions.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, including supplier performance monitoring and onboarding of new suppliers.

Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.

Job requirement:

Minimum 2 years of working experience in the F&B industry, preferably in inventory, purchasing, or operations coordination.

Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.

Travel independently to F&B outlets within Klang Valley.

Six(6) days work week shift (7.5 working hours per day, excluding break).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
