Qualifikationen

• 1 year of experience in a fast-paced cafe/restaurant or food production environment
• Understanding of Food Safety and Operation compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to travel to different regional locations as required
• Hands-on, follow SOP and open to new menu ideas and suggestions
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong commitment to quality and operational excellence with KPI focus

Aufgaben

• Execute daily operations following SOP including Customer Service & Food and Drinks Preparation
• Ensure smooth workflow and coordination between stations
• Maintain fast and consistent service
• Ensure food meets brand standards & SOP
• Maintain consistency in taste, portion, and presentation
• Conduct daily quality checks
• Ensure food is served within target timing
• Ensure customer experience meets company standards
• Maintain the quality of the Food and Beverage
• Control wastage, stock usage and portioning
• Monitor daily inventory & ordering
• Ensure outlet complies with Brands Hygiene Standard
• Maintain cleanliness and proper food handling
• Ensure personal grooming meets company standards
• Perform other duties in general operational functions and ad-hoc assignments
