Job summary

YCS CAPITAL SDN BHD is seeking a Sales Manager or Executive for Eyewear focused in Malaysia and Brunei. You will establish dealer accounts, expand sales channels, and identify potential customers to generate sales.

You will present products, understand customer needs, and close sales while maintaining strong relationships. Commission incentives are offered for achieving targets, with responsibilities across order fulfillment and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or retail.
• Ability to close sales and meet targets.
• Experience in eyewear sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in dealer/account management is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Establish new dealer accounts and expand sales channels across Peninsular Malaysia.
• Identify and approach potential customers to generate sales.
• Present, promote, and explain products or services to customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain records of daily sales and promotions and submit reports to management.
