Job summary

Besgrade Plywood Sdn Bhd is seeking an Export Sales & Logistic Admin based in Pokok Sena to manage sales documentation, order processing, and coordination across departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate records.

You will maintain filing systems, support the sales team with order tracking and reporting, and assist in preparing management documents. Signing duties may be required for authorized DO/BA/Proforma invoices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and maintain sales documentation including quotations, Delivery Orders (DO), Proforma Invoices, and related records.
• Sign Delivery Orders (DO), BA documents, and Proforma Invoices on behalf of the HOD when necessary, in accordance with company authorization and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Finance, Logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment and documentation accuracy.
• Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) for sales and contractual documents.
• Support sales team with order tracking, customer follow-ups, and administrative reporting.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, summaries, and management documentation.
• Handle general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties assigned by the HOD or management.
