Toll Group is seeking recent graduates to join our export operations team in Malaysia. You will be responsible for accurate data entry of export shipments and managing quick bookings in the CargoWise system, ensuring smooth processing from start to finish.

You will consolidate shipments, generate clear shipper's instructions, and handle inquiries with precision. A growth mindset and strong communication skills will help you thrive in a global logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to learn and grow in logistics and export processes.
• Able to communicate with internal/external partners effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Responsibilities

• Accurately manage and input export data per SOPs.
• Create and manage Quick Bookings in CargoWise for shipments.
• Oversee shipment consolidation and generate precise shipper's instructions.
• Respond to information inquiries promptly with accurate documentation.
• Perform quality checks on work and communicate with stakeholders.

Your Role

You will be a crucial member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of export shipments.

• Become a Data Management Specialist: Accurately manage and input critical export data, adhering to our established Export Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Drive Booking Efficiency: Independently create and manage Quick Bookings within the CargoWise system, utilizing booking confirmations to initiate the shipment process.
• Oversee Shipment Consolidation: Take ownership of consolidation registrations and generate precise Shipper's instructions, ensuring clear communication for seamless handling.
• Serve as a Key Information Contact: Proactively respond to information inquiries with accuracy and efficiency, and effectively access and manage relevant shipment documentation.
• Champion Accuracy and Collaboration: Conduct thorough quality checks on completed work to guarantee accuracy and proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain Data Integrity: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality for sensitive customer and company information.
• Facilitate International Partnerships: Utilize your written Mandarin skills to effectively communicate with our partners, fostering strong working relationships.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential for effective communication with our international partners.
• Data Precision: Demonstrated accuracy and efficiency in data entry with a strong attention to detail.
• Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a willingness to learn new software.
• Growth Mindset: A strong desire to learn and develop a career within the freight forwarding and shipping industry.
• Communication Excellence: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration.
• Global Awareness and Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work flexibly, including during public holidays, to support our global export operational needs and varying time zones.
