Job summary

Sin Tai Hing Oyster Sauce Factory Sdn Bhd is seeking an Export Business Development Executive to drive export sales, manage accounts, and expand our international footprint. You will travel to meet potential clients and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders from enquiry to payment.

The role requires at least 1 year in sales or business development in export, strong English/Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia, and willingness to travel internationally. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Export Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the export market, with the ability to maintain and grow existing accounts as well as identify and secure new business opportunities. This role will involve extensive travel to different countries to meet potential clients and expand our business reach.

Key responsibilities

Develop new leads and achieve export sales targets.

Manage the complete export sales process, including enquiries, quotations, samples, product registration, artwork, orders, shipments, documentation, and payment collection.

Manage and grow relationships with existing distributors and key export accounts.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

Participate in international trade shows and travel overseas for customer meetings and business development.

Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/business development, preferably in export and the food industry. Fresh graduate is welcome.

Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to travel internationally.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM softwares and sales reporting tool.
