Exphoria International is seeking a Project Manager — Experiential & Brand Activation to oversee campaigns from planning through completion. This contract, hybrid role is based in Petaling Jaya with some work-from-home flexibility.

You will define project scope, timelines, coordinate logistics and resources, manage vendor relationships, and supervise on-site execution to meet brand standards and client objectives. Strong PM and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in experiential, brand activation, roadshows or large-format events (agency-side preferred).
• Experience expediting to keep project components on schedule.
• Proven project management skills for planning, executing, and closing events.
• Knowledge of inspection processes to verify quality and readiness of materials and setups.
• Logistics management including transport, warehousing, inventory and on-site setup.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management, communication and negotiation.
• Hybrid work experience balancing on-site presence with remote coordination.
• Relevant diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management or equivalent.
