Job summary

Honeywell Technologies – George Town, Penang is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support PCB troubleshooting, tests and assembly in a fast-paced aerospace environment. You will work with minimal supervision to help ensure product conformance to specifications.

Qualifications include 2–3 years in debugging/troubleshooting PCBs, a diploma in Electronics or related field, and soldering skills with Ball Grid Array rework being a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience debugging and troubleshooting PCBs or electronic circuits.
• Electronic background preferred.
• Soldering skills required; Ball Grid Array rework is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and debug Honeywell PCB (Printed Circuit Board), according to standard operating procedures
• Analyse and provide failure mode and information to engineers and assist engineers on the Root Cause Analysis
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product conformity and adherence to specifications
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Document production data and maintain accurate records

• Works under minimal supervision
